Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. This window gives you plenty of time to try out your item and decide whether it's the right fit for you.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple and only takes a few steps:

  1. Email us at contact@smallliving.shop with your order number and a short note letting us know you'd like to return your item.
  2. We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label, ready for you to print and use.
  3. Repack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office. Once it's on its way back to us, you're all set — we'll take it from there.

Return Conditions

To help us process your return quickly and keep the item in resellable condition, please make sure that:

  • The goods are complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any labels and protective films attached to the product remain undamaged and in place.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products are excluded from return once the seal has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, so we recommend checking your item over carefully before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund, we're happy to help. Simply let us know when you first contact us at contact@smallliving.shop, and we'll arrange an exchange instead of processing a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives and has been inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, depending on how you originally paid. Please note that it may take your bank or card provider a little additional time to reflect the refund in your account after it has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the full cost of return shipping. You won't be charged anything to send your item back to us — simply use the prepaid label we provide.
