1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed through the Small Living online store ("we," "us," "our") by consumers and businesses alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our other store policies referenced below (including our Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy). Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

3. Conclusion of contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part; rather, they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order/checkout button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart on the terms set out on that page.

Receiving an order confirmation by email does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer. A contract of sale is formed only when we either (a) send you a separate order acceptance email confirming that your order has been accepted, or (b) ship the goods to you — whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where an item is unexpectedly out of stock, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where fraud or a payment issue is suspected. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.

4. Prices and shipping

All prices displayed on our product pages include any applicable taxes required by law. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated based on your delivery address and order contents and are always shown at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order, so you can review the full total before completing your purchase.

We currently ship to the United States. Free shipping is available on all orders shipped within our delivery area, subject to the shipping method and any conditions shown at checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time your order is placed, unless we have expressly agreed to different payment terms with you in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of the contract being concluded, and once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 2–4 business days. These are estimated timeframes and do not include the day of dispatch; actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware that a significant delay is likely, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details you provide at checkout are complete and accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.

7. Retention of title

All goods supplied by us remain our property until paid for in full. Once full payment has been received, title to the goods passes to you.

8. Returns, refunds and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover the cost of return shipping — you will not be charged to send an eligible item back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges are also available if you would prefer a different size, color, or item instead of a refund. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, either party may pursue the matter through the courts or other channels available under the governing law referenced below.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
